Day 1 – Travel to Texas

Start the journey southbound to Texas. Today is a relaxed travel day perfect for snacks, naps, and good company. Overnight near Gainesville, TX.

Day 2 – Magnolia Market

Begin the day with a visit to The Alamo, followed by free time to take the hop-on hop-off trolley. Stroll the Riverwalk, enjoy shops and restaurants, and take a relaxing river cruise. Overnight again in San Antonio, TX.

Day 3 – The Alamo & Riverwalk

We’ll visit the Alamo this morning and then you’re free to take the hop on-hop off Trolley around the town. We will stroll the Riverwalk and take a river cruise sometime during the day. There are many opportunities for shopping and dining before spending a second night in San Antonio.

Day 4 – LBJ Presidential Library & JFK Sixth Floor Museum

Visit the LBJ Presidential Library in Austin to learn about our 36th President. After lunch, travel to Dallas to visit the JFK Sixth Floor Museum, exploring the life and legacy of President John F. Kennedy. Overnight near Plano, TX.

Day 5 – J.M. Davis Arms Museum

Continue north to the J.M. Davis Arms Museum in Tulsa, OK, home to the largest publicly held firearms collection in the world. Evening free in Tulsa, whether to relax or try your luck at the casino. Overnight in Tulsa, OK.

Day 6 – Woolaroc Museum

Before returning home, visit the Woolaroc Museum, one of the most unique collections of Western art and artifacts in the world. Then begin the journey home with great memories from Texas and Oklahoma.
