Day 1 – Dwight Eisenhower Library

Travel into Kansas through the Flint Hills, with views of wind farms and prairie landscapes. Afternoon visit to the Dwight Eisenhower Library and Museum, home to extensive presidential history. Overnight in Salina, KS.

Day 2 – Forney Transportation Museum

Visit the Forney Transportation Museum, showcasing over 500 exhibits about American transportation history. Dinner before checking into your hotel near Golden, CO.

Day 3 - Colorado National Monument

Tour the Colorado National Monument, featuring sheer-walled red rock canyons and towering monoliths. Drive through the Eisenhower Tunnel on the way. Overnight in Grand Junction, CO.

Day 4 - Arches National Park

Begin at Dead Horse State Park with views of buttes and deep canyons carved by the Colorado River. Continue to Canyonland National Park for scenic overlooks, then explore the arches at Arches National Park. Overnight in Green River, UT.

Day 5 - Bryce Canyon National Park

Day 6 – Lake Powell Boat Tour

Day 7 - Antelope Canyon

Travel to Antelope Canyon for a guided tour of its remarkable narrow passageways and swirling sandstone formations. Later, head to Durango, CO for the night, with time for shopping. Optional visit to the Four Corners Monument.

Day 8 - Great Sand Dunes National Park

Cross Wolf Creek Pass and the Continental Divide. Visit Great Sand Dunes National Park, home to the tallest dunes in North America. Overnight near Pueblo, CO.

Day 9 – Boot Hill Museum

Travel through the flatlands toward Dodge City, KS. Visit the Boot Hill Museum, displaying Old West history and thousands of artifacts. Overnight in Dodge City, KS.

Day 10 – Strataca Salt Mine

Visit the Big Well in Greensburg, then descend 650 feet underground at the Strataca Salt Mine in Hutchinson, KS, exploring salt formations and mining history. Overnight in Wichita, KS.

Day 11 – Travel Home to Missouri

Start the return trip to Missouri, with relaxing stops along the way. The tour notes this as one of the most unique trips they offer.
